WhiteSpace Building Technology Advisors is pleased to welcome Max Liechty as our newest Project Manager.

Max joins the WhiteSpace team with a background in engineering and building systems coordination. He earned a degree in Engineering Technology and Management from Ohio University, where he developed a strong foundation in technical systems, project planning, and applied engineering principles.

At WhiteSpace, Max will support clients and project teams throughout the lifecycle of building technology implementation. His role focuses on coordinating low voltage infrastructure and technology systems—including connectivity, security, and integrated building platforms—while ensuring alignment between developers, design teams, and contractors.

Max brings a practical, solutions-oriented mindset to projects, helping teams navigate the complexity of modern building systems and ensuring that technology decisions support long-term operational goals in accordance to the WhiteSpace process.

“Max brings a strong technical mindset and a collaborative approach that fits well with how we support our clients,” said Matt Pemberton, VP for Project Management. “We’re excited to have him join us as we continue to grow and deliver thoughtful building technology strategies.”
